IronPlex
A product for the prevention or correction of iron deficiency symptoms of most crops.
IronPlex is a formulation of chelated iron. It contains alpha-keto acids, which may facilitate utilization of micronutrients, and increase resistance to environmental stress. It also contains humic acid, which may enhance soil micronutrient availability. IronPlex is formulated for foliar and soil application to prevent and correct iron deficiency in plants when used as directed.
COMPATIBILITY
IronPlex when added to the spray tank water can be used in combination with pesticides. However, in unfamiliar mixtures use a “jar compatibility” test.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
FOLIAR APPLICATION: Tomatoes and other vegetables, grapes, small fruits, leaf crops, peanuts, cotton, tobacco, and other agronomic crops, ornamentals, flower crops and turf: Apply 1 to 2 quarts of IronPlex per acre in a minimum of 20 gallons of water with ground spray equipment. At least six applications are recommended during the life of the crop, or per season. Adding 3 to 5 pounds of urea or potassium nitrate per 100 gallons of water will aid leaf assimilation. Citrus, tropical fruits, peaches and other deciduous fruits, pecans and other nuts: Apply 2 to 3 quarts of IronPlex per acre per application. Adding 3 to 5 pounds of urea or potassium nitrate per 100 gallons of water will aid leaf assimilation. Groves planted on highly alkaline soils may require three applications of IronPlex per year. Ornamental Plants: Dilute 1 quart of IronPlex in 100 gallons of water. Adding 1 pound of urea or potassium nitrate per 100 gallons of water will aid leaf assimilation.
FERTIGATION: Tomatoes and other vegetables, grapes, small fruits, leaf crops, peanuts, cotton, tobacco, and other agronomic crops, flower crops: Apply 1 to 2 quarts of IronPlex per acre via low volume irrigation system. Citrus, tropical fruits, peaches and other deciduous fruits, pecans and other nuts: Apply 4 quarts of IronPlex per grove or gross acre via low volume irrigation system.
DRENCH: Mix 1 quart of IronPlex per 100 gallons of water and drench into soil for iron deficiency correction. Several applications may be required.
